Matt Gregg
Founder of Ready2Paramotor | Entrepreneur | Aviation Enthusiast | Trike Pilot
Born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, Matt Gregg’s journey has always been fueled by a passion for aviation. As a third-generation sailor, Matt enlisted in the United States Navy after high school, where he served for eight years as an FAA-certified Air Traffic Controller and Approach Controller. His love for flying took root early, inspired by childhood flights with his father and by the age of 18, Matt earned his Private Pilot License in San Diego, California.
While his original path seemed set in aviation, life took a new turn through what Matt calls “the grace of God.” Shifting gears from a long-term career in air traffic control, he ventured into entrepreneurship. Over the past 25 years, Matt has built a thriving presence in the lighting and electrical industries. Today, he operates five successful businesses: Synergy Lighting USA, Synergy Electric, Bourbon GBU, Fanwerks and Lighting Showrooms and now, Ready2Paramotor.
In 2024, Matt discovered paramotoring—and everything changed. One flight under an Apco F5 wing was all it took. He docked the boat for good and took to the skies. Since then, Matt has logged over 100 flight hours and become a skilled trike pilot. His goal for 2025? Transition back to foot launch and prepare for the legendary Egypt Gate 7 adventure.
Matt is also the host of the bi-weekly podcast, Ready2Paramotor Live, where he shares insights, stories, and connects with the flying community.
Outside of paramotoring, Matt is a proud husband to Jeanine Gregg and father to Corbin (age 24). He loves tropical islands, boating, bourbon, international travel, tattoos, motorcycles, and designing homes.

Tony Miralles
Brand Ambassador for Latin America | Entrepreneur | Instructor | Bounty Hunter
Born originally in Cuba, Tony and his family escaped the Castro regime and took residency in South Florida. Tony, along with his two brothers, spent their childhoods always looking for the great adventure. When courage and guts came to be needed there was no shortage of that, but his friends saw it more as crazy than gutsy. So when Tony told his wife he was going to start paramotoring, she just thought it was another one of Tony’s crazy ideas. That idea captivated Tony, and five years later Tony is still working actively in paramotoring as a partner in the school Flight Sports USA, but also as Brand Ambassador for Latin America with Ready2Paramotor. Aviation runs deep in the Miralles family, and Tony is super proud of his son Anthony who serves as a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot and Officer in the United States Army.
Tony is a selfless individual who you will always find cracking a joke, lightening hearts and moods on the flying field with his stories and quick wit. When students find themselves nervous, Tony is there to calm the nerves and is always willing to lend a helping hand in flight training or operations. This selfless devotion to students, with not only his time and experience, cements relationships that last a lifetime. Bilingual in Spanish, Tony seeks to introduce new pilots of Latin, Spanish, and Mexican descent into the sport of paramotoring here in the United States. When he isn’t busy helping to train students or working on paramotors, Tony operates one of the largest spray foam contracting companies in the state of Florida as well as an A/C mechanical contractor for residential air conditioning.
Tony is married to his lovely wife Susan of 29 years who is in law enforcement. His children are Anthony, Crystal, and Elizabeth. They reside in Bonita Springs, Florida, where they have cemented themselves as valued members of the community.
