The all-new EPG-21 is a revolutionary design in Electric Paramotor and sustainable flying while reducing carbon emissions. Enjoy a quiet thrill with a 4-hour charge on the proprietary Lipo battery, Pilots of weights up to 180lbs can enjoy uninterrupted flight times of up to 80 minutes. Unlike other brands of past, times are based on normal usage with full power climbs, acro and pure enjoyment. The new Air Italy EPG-21 Electric Paramotor uses a brushless motor which guarantees great performance, reduced maintenance, greater reliability compared to traditional engines and is more compact for the same power.
The revolutionary electric motor of our EPG-21 paramotor is capable of generating, with its 130 cm Tribal E-Prop propeller, 86 KG (179lbs) of static thrust with low inertia and high dynamic performance. The EPG-21 also has the characteristics of the best chassis, with adjustable and tilting lower arms and anti-torque correction. This ensures no matter the height or weight of he Pilot, a perfect calibration of thrust and thrust line for an enjoyable flight. Please note 86kg thrust is higher than a standard 185cc engine. The power of e EPG-21 is set at 70% of capable performance at the factory to establish this static thrust performance rating. For more experienced Pilots, this can be programmed higher a the time of purchase, but will result in lower battery life.
The EPG-21 is a wireless - paired throttle with security lanyard. Multi-function display gives RPM and battery life of both the paramotor and throttle. Throttle response is quick and instant. On initial throttle during start up, there is a slight delay in spool up for Pilot safety. This prevents accidental overpowering of the Pilot as the thrust of the electric paramotor is very intense ad immediate.
Weight of the EPG-21 is comparable to a standard paramotor at 69lbs with battery, which is less than a 185 2-Stroke with 12L fuel. It is recommended to keep the battery on a trickle charger when not in use. Battery should be discharged to 20% or less before recharging to preserve battery life.
