The Quick Release Conversion for Paramotor Harness is the ultimate in over-water safety, as well as convenience and comfort. Converting your paramotor harness to a quick-release system greatly increases safety in a water landing by enabling much faster egress. Unlike typical cobra-style buckles or multi-point clips that can be difficult or impossible to release under load, a properly installed single-point quick release eliminates the need to unclip multiple attachments and lets the pilot free themselves with one decisive pull. This not only improves convenience during routine use, but in an emergency, it dramatically reduces escape time and the risk of entanglement or drowning. Our redundant Velcro quick-release strap combined with an Acro-style clip is engineered so the system will not release accidentally — it requires a deliberate, intentional action to deploy, giving pilots confidence that the harness stays secure under load and during aggressive maneuvers. The dual-retention design pairs a strong hook-and-loop backup with the proven Acro clip for redundancy: if one element is challenged, the other holds until a purposeful release is made. For everyday use this setup also streamlines life on the ground — the strap and clip make it faster and easier to don the paramotor and get securely rigged, letting you spend less time fiddling with hardware and more time enjoying amazing flights.
The Quick Release Conversion is available in Double Leg Strap and Single Leg Strap conversions for Trike. To have the quick-release installed, remove your existing harness and ship it to Ready2Paramotor; our expert rigger will professionally install the redundant Velcro quick-release strap and Acro clip, then return the harness to you via priority shipping for a fast turnaround. If you prefer, you may purchase a new harness from us and we will install the quick-release on that harness before shipping. Return shipping cost for the completed installation is included in the shipping fee collected at checkout.
