Hardened ¾” 1045 steel axles provide rock-solid load support and impact resistance, while stainless steel is strategically incorporated in high-wear areas to ensure long-term reliability and smooth operation. Rolling on strong, lightweight Azusalite aircraft wheels, the trike maintains excellent ground handling without unnecessary mass. Its structure has been FEA-analyzed and optimized to distribute loads efficiently, reducing stress concentrations and increasing fatigue life. Built with real-world use in mind, the TOUGH TRIKE is also easily repaired, making it a practical, long-term investment for pilots who fly hard, travel often, and refuse to replace gear that should have lasted a lifetime.
